This one was one only the cool kids would listen to when I was younger.

I wasn’t exactly a musical trailblazer, and for a long time I didn’t recognise the importance of hip hop at all.

It pretty much took studying musicology to open my eyes widely to not just hip hop, but also pop music and electronica. Glad they challenged me and that I was open to changing my mind.
